Siemens OPC Server with OPC Hub Appnote

The Proscada OPC Server Does not have an internal database, it expects the OPC client to save the database

• Open the OPC Hub Properties and add the ProScada.SiemensIE OPC Server

• The Configuration is simple, leave most settings at default
• Select choose tags manually

• The Item ID Field gets the first address of the poll block, edit this as desired
• The Point name Field gets in OPC terminology the "Hint" , change this to any desired tagname here you can apply heirarchies by using delimiters

• For Bulk editing open the Configuration file Plugin_OPCClient.cfg
• Unfortunately this file is not a tabulated form, complain to cogent
